Terms of Use

By installing, accessing, or using the 2D Code Generator browser extension ("Extension"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Extension.

1. License Grant

• Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

• THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• The Developer does not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. Limitation of Liability

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION.
• The Developer's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension, if any.

4. User Responsibilities

• You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of the Extension.
• You are solely responsible for the content encoded in generated QR codes and any consequences arising from their use.
• You agree to use the Extension in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Extension and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the Developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Developer's trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

6. Modifications to Terms

• The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
